Returns & Exchanges

At Plus Skateshop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused merchandise in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure items are in brand-new condition, unwashed, and with all original tags attached; please note that skated decks or used hardware cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box if possible and include your RMA slip before shipping the package to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5 business days.
